This app is amazingly accurate, easy to use and the notifications are sent much faster than WSDOT texts. It is easy to read and check the site/s of cameras you'd like to see. The camera signals are clear and updated within minutes of seeing them. While traveling it has a safety feature asking if you're the passenger, because we all know, it's not safe to look at our phones while driving. I recommend this app to everyone; especially those I know cross the Hood Canal Bridge as often as I do.

Does not handle exceptions well. This week the Bremerton ferry service went down to one ship, and lots of announcements were made that the schedule would be impacted. Except... The schedule in the app was never updated. Nor does the app allow you to see which boat is scheduled for which time slot. The phone information system also did not reflect the change. As a result, we ended up showing up at the wrong time and had to wait 2 hours for our next crossing. Very frustrating.

Why did you change it in 2020. The previous version was more useful. I had my favorites button at the top. Now I have to open a menu. Also, when I selected a favorite I. The previous version, say o e of the passes, I had option like conditions, cameras, and forecast. I want that back. App is not very customizable or friendly. When something isn't broken, don't break it. Good grief. I used to give the ap 5 stars but now only 2, and only recommend it grudgingly because there is nothing else.

Thank you for your review of the new WSDOT app. We are always working to improve the experience and your feedback is important. We still offer the same pass conditions as the previous app. You can tap a pass item in the list to view the full report, including pass cameras and forecasts.
